Dr. Rod Parsley wants to make prayer cloths available for YOU and YOUR ministry family at our
Be Made Whole Prayer Cloth Service,
Sunday, November 20 at 10am ET!
Here's what you need to do:
- Fill out the form on this page to request a set of Prayer Request Forms.
Do it today – so we can send them to you this week, giving you time to present them to your family and your congregation this Sunday. Our team will send you as many forms as you need with expedited shipping.
- This Sunday, pass them down the aisles and have your congregation fill them out and write their prayer requests on the form.
- Collect them and send them to us by Thursday, November 17 so they can be here on the altar under God’s powerful anointing during our November 20 Be Made Whole Service.

Then after the service, we will send a prayer cloth to every person who requested one or send them to you so you can distribute them in your church.
