Here's what you need to do:
- Fill out the form on this page to request a set of Prayer Request Forms.
Do it today – so we can send them to you this week, giving you time to
present them to your family and your congregation. Our team will
send you as many forms as you need with expedited shipping.
- Pass them down the aisles and have your congregation
fill them out and write their prayer requests on the form.
- Collect them and send them to us so they
can be here on the altar under God’s powerful anointing during our Be Made Whole Service.
